They tell us how they’ve made 15 offers, and nothing’s getting accepted. They’re getting outbid or their offer simply isn’t selected.

2. Get pre-approved. That means your lender has reviewed your tax returns, W2s, pay stubs, and bank statements, and they’ve fully underwritten you. That way, all we need to do is find you the right property. Pre-approved buyers stand out from simply pre-qualified ones.
