Many of you have already seen the extended version of our recent fix-and-flip property. Today I’ll show you a short excerpt about the tools we agents use on the MLS to analyze this type of property to determine whether or not it’s a good investment. Whether you’re an agent or consumer, you have access to a lot of real estate information in this day and age that allows you to do the same thing. These tools also helped us develop an exit strategy for this property.
