Welcome to part four of my video series on real estate investment strategies. Once again, I’ll spotlight a recent fix-and-flip property my team and I completed. This is an interesting property because it was zoned for either residential or commercial use, which you don’t see too often. This gave us extra options, which then turned into extra profit once the deal was done.
